A Billion Dreams is a Canadian charity dedicated to supporting cancer patients through innovative programs that nurture hope and connection. Our flagship initiative sends cancer patients' and survivors' names and dreams to space through secured payload space on satellite launches. We also develop workshops, microgrants, and scholarship programs to support those affected by cancer.
